How often should I get a massage?

 

The ideal length for bodywork session depends on many different factors.This question varies, due to the client’s goal, financial, and availability. A longer massage therapy session equals more time to help my clients reach their goal and address various pain points. For lasting results, one need’s consist commitment to Bodywork treatments.

  • 60 Minutes- Ideal for more detailed work on 1 to 3 focus areas.

    Not recommended for a full body session if you also have more than one mild to moderate pain points.

    Focus session examples: Neck and shoulders, full back, hips and lower back, legs.

  • 75 Minutes- Perfect for detailed work on 3 to 4 focus areas, or a full body session with moderate attention to detail.

    This may be an ideal place to start if this is your first session in 2 months+ or if you would like more focus work in addition to a full body massage.

  • 90 Minutes- Excellent for more detailed work on multiple focus areas, or a full body session with higher attention to detail. Also, ideal if you are experiencing long term discomfort/chronic pain. Or, if you would like more detailed focus work in addition to a full body massage.

 

What does Aromatherapy consist of?

 

Aroma Therapy has been used for thousands of years, it is a form of alternative medicine that is said to enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being, while also reducing stress with therapeutic essential oils.

 

When I select and any add on, is that extra time or is that time already within the massage time given?

 

When selecting an add on, no extra time is added. The extra service added is already timed within the massage.

How should I prepare for my session?

Come freshly showered. Wearing loose comfortable clothing.

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to relax and get ready for your session. Also, Remember to stay hydrated and use the restroom before you are called back for your session.
